The Flex-Lifter belt lifter puts an end to pry bars and manual lifting. It is designed to support and lift conveyor belts up to 2400mm wide and has the highest safe lift capacity on the market - up to 2725kg. It features a wide, dual-rail base and has been designed to work with standard CEMA and common underground conveyor structures and idler types.

The Flex-Lifter is one of the lightest belt lifters on the market with the smallest size under 30 kg and extra-large under 60 kg. The tool is easily operated with a manual ratchet and if used with caution, it may be used with a drill motor or impact wrench. The adjustable leg extensions can be used in two positions for higher and lower placement. The tool also won't damage the belt.

The versatile tool has adjustable wings that make it easy to lift troughed or flat topside belts and comes in 3 sizes. The Medium model is for belt widths 900-1500mm, the Large model is for belt widths 1200- 1800mm, and the Extra-Large model is for belt widths 1800-2400mm.
