The Novitool® Aero® Splice Press with IntelliSplice™ Technology transforms how you create endless splices, delivering quality and repeatable splices with a precise heat zone and rapid cooling, all in a new user-friendly experience. Thanks to expanded connectivity capabilities from the Aero Mobile App that allow users to sync recipes and manage them from their smart device and sync splice cycle logs for viewing on the Dashboard along with our new touchscreen and D-pad controllers, operators of the Aero with IntelliSplice can expect to complete quality splices in just 8 minutes, preventing costly downtime and maximizing production efficiency.
The Novitool® Amigo™ Splice Press is specifically designed for splicing monolithic belting in food processing environments, ensuring precision and reliability. By delivering tight pitch tolerance and eliminating pinholes, the Amigo creates hygienic, seamless splices that meet strict food safety standards. With its integrated focus on accuracy, speed, and operator safety, the Amigo is the perfect solution for both in-shop and on-site splicing.
The Novitool® Pun M™ Mobile Finger Punch is designed to effortlessly punch fingers into PU and PVC conveyor belts in preparation for installing endless splices. Depending on the desired finger dimensions, Flexco offers a variety of punchboards for the Pun M, including custom punchboards. Novitool®Pun M™ NDX Mobile Finger Punch also available to punch belts that drive live rollers.
FGP-ES Food Grade Primary Cleaner with External Spring
Mounted at the head pulley, the FGP-ES is engineered for maximum hygiene and ease of maintenance. With an exposed external spring, its design ensures thorough cleaning and simplified upkeep. Perfect for highly sanitary applications in beef, pork, and poultry processing, the FGP-ES excels on homogenous or modular belting, helping facilities meet rigorous food safety standards while maintaining optimal belt cleanliness and performance.
The FGP Food Grade Primary Cleaner meets the highest standards for food processing. The cleaner is easy to install, easy to maintain, and disassembles in a snap for regular cleaning and sanitization. Its stainless steel components and food grade materials limit crevices and opportunities for bacteria growth. There are several blade options to meet your application-specific needs: white, blue, metal detectable blue, and metal detectable dual durometer blue.

As Strategic Accounts Manager for Flexco, Patrick Roach delivers belt conveyor solutions tailored to the light-duty sector and helps to implement strategies that address key pain points such as package damage, belt mistracking, sanitation concerns, and maintenance inefficiencies.
In the role of Product Manager, Jackson has complete ownership over our Light-Duty Belt Conveyor Products, guiding strategic product development, conducting extensive analysis of the needs of light duty industries, and growing market share.
Graves manages the overall global business, market plans, technical support, and activities associated with the light-duty belting market for the Novitool product line, including new product development, market analysis, and global strategy.
As a Product Manager for Flexco, Tuttle oversees Flexco Light-Duty Mechanical Belt Fastener product offerings, manages day-to-day operations, and provides critical strategic ideology and implementation strategies that better meet the needs of our extensive customer base.
