Solutions On-Display at MODEX
From transfer point protection to faster splicing, see the solutions designed to improve safety, eliminate jams, and maximize uptime.
Belt Edge Protector (BEP)
Packages slipping beneath conveyor belts cause product loss, delayed shipments, and costly retrieval efforts that pull workers away from productive tasks. Flexco's Belt Edge Protector creates a protective barrier along belt edges, keeping packages on track and preventing items from sliding underneath—reducing lost product and keeping your operation moving without interruption.
Segmented Transfer Plates (STPs)
Gaps at belt-to-belt transfer points cause package jams, damaged goods, and bottlenecks that disrupt workflow and delay customer deliveries. Flexco's Segmented Transfer Plates seal the gap between conveyors with durable, low-friction HDPE segments that allow packages to glide smoothly across conveyor transfers—limiting jams while greatly improving worker safety.
Roller Conveyor Transfer Plates (RCTPs)
Envelopes, polybags, and small packages falling between rollers create product loss, retrieval delays, and safety risks when workers reach into pinch points to recover items. Flexco's Roller Conveyor Transfer Plates float between rollers to bridge the gaps, keeping products moving to their destination while protecting workers from dangerous contact with drive bands and chains.
Adjustable Bump Out
Misaligned packages at curved or angled transfer points cause jams, improper spacing, and slowdowns that compromise throughput and on-time delivery. Flexco's Adjustable Bump Out features a user-adjustable angling system that gently guides packages back into the intended flow—preventing jams and maintaining optimal spacing and speed throughout your conveyor system.
Novitool® Aero® 325 Splice Press with IntelliSplice™ Technology for Live Roller Applications
Splicing live roller and transport belts often means long wait times, inconsistent results, and dependence on outside contractors or cumbersome equipment that can't easily move to the point of repair. Flexco's Novitool® Aero® 325 Splice Press with IntelliSplice™ Technology delivers fast, repeatable endless splices with intuitive touchscreen controls, saved recipes for consistent quality, and multiple voltage options—including 110V—so your team can splice from virtually anywhere on the conveyor. The Aero Mobile App lets maintenance teams manage recipes and upload splice data to the Dashboard, putting control and visibility at their fingertips.
Novitool® Pun M™ NDX Mobile Finger Punch
Preparing belt ends for endless splicing typically requires stationary equipment, multiple steps, and significant time away from the conveyor. Flexco's Pun M™ NDX Mobile Finger Punch enables technicians to punch precise, clean fingers directly at the point of repair with one-hand clamping and automatic belt advancement—speeding up splice preparation and getting belts back in service faster.
Clipper® Mobile Splicing Center
Unplanned belt failures send maintenance teams scrambling to gather tools, belt fasteners, and accessories from the maintenance crib—wasting valuable time during costly downtime events. Flexco's Clipper® Mobile Splicing Center brings everything needed for Clipper® wire hook installation to the conveyor in one organized, wheeled cart—including belt cutter, belt clamps, laser belt square, roller lacer, fasteners, and accessories—so repairs happen faster and more efficiently.
