Polyurethane Skirting
Polyurethane Skirting is Flexco's solution for spillage and dust control in the load zone. Our proprietary polyurethane blend provides a softer material to prevent damage to the belt but maintains a high tear resistance to ensure a long functional life no matter the severity of the application.
When paired with one of our Skirting Systems, it becomes an effective solution to maintain material spillage and dust in or around the loading zone and saves on potential cleanup costs.

Standard Polyurethane Skirting
Standard Polyurethane Skirting provides a simple and effective solution to mitigate material spillage and dust control in the conveyor loading zone. The wear life is greatly extended versus conventional rubber products by using a proprietary polyurethane blend, meaning fewer adjustments and better sealing throughout the life of the skirting.
Available in 7.6m and 15.2m roll sizes.
Dual Seal
Dual Seal Polyurethane Skirting
Dual Seal Polyurethane Skirting provides two contact points on the belt for the entire length of the skirtboard to help prevent material spillage and manage dust emissions for any load zone. The second seal provides a floating contact area behind the main slab to prevent spillage. Our proprietary polyurethane blend provides a softer material to prevent damage to the belt but maintains a high tear resistance to ensure a long functional life no matter the severity of the application.

PROBLEM
SOLUTION
The operations team decided to test an alternative polyurethane skirting from Flexco through a side-by-side trial. Both products were lined against multiple impact zones and compromised of the same thickness and material.
RESULTS
Flexco's polyurethane skirting outperformed the competitor significantly. The competing product began to tear within five days of installation. The site was so impressed with the results that they have now changed the entire site's skirting specifications to the Flexco product.
