Novitool® Aero® 325 Splice Press

With splice times as quick as 18 minutes from heat up to cool down, the Novitool® Aero® 325 Splice Press can repair a live roller or transport belt, as well as other thermoplastic PVC or PU belting, in a third of the time of traditional splice presses. The Aero 325 is easy to use, portable, and produces consistent, repeatable, quality splices every time. 

Novitool® Pun M™ NDX Mobile Finger Punch

Increase efficiency and productivity of your belt prep with the easy-to-use Novitool® Pun M™ NDX Mobile Finger Punch. A single heavy-duty blade ensures precise cuts, with little to no fraying of cords, while the belt support table automatically realigns to ensure automatic re-indexing without stopping for adjustments. Limiting frayed aramid cord is essential to ensure splice integrity.

Roller Conveyor Transfer Plates (RCTPs)

By simply snapping in between rollers, RCTPs create a smooth conveying process that allows packages to smoothly glide to their next destination, freeing maintenance teams up for other pressing tasks.

Segmented Transfer Plates (STPs)

Belt Edge Protector (BEP)

When a package is moved from a transfer chute to the next belt, the sheer force generated can often cause it to become lodged or slide underneath the edge of the belt. In turn, packages can become damaged or lost, and the belt conveying process can face unplanned downtime. To create an effective seal that limits the likelihood a parcel passes underneath the belt edge, operators should consider installing a Belt Edge Protector.
